Privacy Policy

Information we process

We process your email address, authentication identifiers and account role to create and protect your account. If you save work, we process project inputs, Ranch Settings, printer/material/sales profiles, and an optional business name and logo. We also process feedback you choose to submit and the contact permission attached to it.

Sign-in, hosting and email

Supabase provides authentication and private database and file storage. Google sign-in provides the basic profile and identity information needed to authenticate you; Print Ranch Manager does not request access to Gmail or Drive. Vercel hosts the application and handles requests and operational logs. Resend delivers verification, recovery and service email.

Subscriptions

Stripe collects and processes payment details through its hosted Checkout and billing portal. We retain Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, status, plan cadence and access dates so we can provide Pro features. Print Ranch Manager does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Sponsorship, AdSense and affiliate links

Free may show labeled sponsor, house or affiliate-supported promotions. We may earn a commission after an affiliate action; affiliate status does not determine editorial rankings. Current launch placements are contextual. The site loads Google’s AdSense publisher script for site verification and future controlled Free-tier ads, but Auto Ads and AdSense placements are not enabled. Google may receive an IP address, browser/device information, referring page and identifiers through cookies, web beacons or similar technologies when its script loads. Device storage and diagnostics

Supabase uses browser storage to maintain your requested sign-in session. Print Ranch Manager also uses local storage for unsaved calculator/profile drafts, recovery data, privacy choices and sponsor frequency limits. Optional Vercel Web Analytics and sanitized Sentry runtime-error reporting remain off unless you select “Allow diagnostics” in Privacy choices. Diagnostics do not include session replay, saved costing inputs, account email, access tokens or card data. Essential hosting, security and billing logs still operate.

How we use and share information

We use information to provide, secure, support and improve the service; administer subscriptions; send service messages; and comply with law. We disclose it to the providers named above only for those purposes, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights and account security or meet a legal obligation. We do not sell saved costing data.

Retention and your choices

Saved work remains until you delete it or request account deletion; downgrading does not delete it. Provider backups and records needed for security, disputes, taxes or billing may remain for their normal or legally required retention periods. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of account information. We verify that the requester controls the account before acting.

Security, age and changes

We use access controls, limited service credentials and encrypted network connections as reasonable safeguards, but no service can guarantee complete security. Print Ranch Manager is business software for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
