Privacy Policy

Account and saved work

We process your email, authentication identifiers, account role, saved project inputs and profile settings to operate your private workspace. Supabase provides authentication and database storage in the United States. Your administrator role does not make other users’ private projects available to you.

Sign-in and email

Google sign-in shares basic identity information needed for authentication. We do not request access to your Gmail or Drive. Resend delivers verification, recovery and account email. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Subscriptions

Stripe processes payment details on its hosted Checkout and billing portal. We store billing identifiers, subscription status and access dates; we do not receive or store your full card number. Vercel hosts the application and processes requests and operational logs.

Sponsorship and affiliate links

Free includes labeled sponsor or house promotions. Clicking an affiliate link may earn us a commission, without affecting editorial rankings. Launch placements are contextual: no personalized ad targeting, third-party ad-network scripts or cross-site tracking pixels. Following a link takes you to that provider’s site and privacy practices.

Local storage and optional measurement

Your device stores sign-in sessions, calculator/profile drafts, privacy choices and sponsor frequency bookkeeping. These support requested app functions. Optional Vercel Web Analytics and Sentry error reporting are off unless you allow diagnostics. We do not enable session replay or send saved costing inputs, email, access tokens or card data to diagnostics. You can change this choice in the footer. Essential security and billing failure logs remain necessary to operate the service.

Retention and your choices

We keep your saved work until you delete it or request account deletion. A downgrade does not delete data. Provider backups and legally required billing/security records may remain for their retention periods. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We do not sell your saved costing data. We share it with service providers only as needed to operate the service, comply with law or protect account security.

International processing and updates

Providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no system is perfectly secure. This service is intended for adults managing printing operations. We may update this policy and will identify the effective date.
