Your account and work

Keep your login secure, provide accurate account information and use the service lawfully. You retain ownership of your saved inputs and grant us permission to process them to provide the service. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse payment systems or interfere with other users.

Estimates and decisions

Costing results are estimates based on your inputs, not a guarantee of profit or professional accounting, tax or investment advice. Verify your assumptions and real operating costs. Printer recommendations are editorial opinions; sponsored and affiliate links are disclosed separately.

Free and Pro

Free includes Single Job and 3 saved projects with restrained sponsorship. Pro costs $9.99 USD monthly or $99 USD annually, renews automatically and adds Batch, unlimited projects and removal of sponsor/display ads. There is no trial. Applicable tax, if any, is shown before payment. Stripe hosts payment and self-service billing.

Cancellation, failed payments and refunds

Cancel in Manage billing before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed renewal payments receive 7 days of application grace, after which access returns to Free if payment remains unresolved. Downgrade does not delete saved projects or profiles. New projects are blocked at the Free limit; Batch data remains stored/exportable and Batch calculation/editing requires Pro. We do not automatically issue prorated cash refunds. Contact support for exceptional refunds or rights available under applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, change or suspend the service, including suspending accounts for abuse. We aim to provide reasonable notice of material subscription changes before they apply. Keep copies of important business data. The service is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of estimates or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute.
