Terms of Service

Effective September 11, 2026. These Terms govern Print Ranch Manager, operated by Red Beard LLC, 1106 W. Park Street Suite 20 # 142, Livingston, MT 59047. By creating an account, using the service or purchasing Pro, you agree to them. Questions: info@3DPrintRancher.com.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not probe or bypass security, access another user’s data, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, abuse payment or email systems, automate excessive requests, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, material breach, security risk or unresolved nonpayment.

Your data and our service

You retain ownership of content and business data you provide. You grant Red Beard LLC a limited license to host, copy, process and display that data only as needed to operate, secure and support the service. Print Ranch Manager, its software, branding, layouts and original content remain owned by Red Beard LLC or its licensors. You may keep reasonable exports of your own data.

Estimates and recommendations

Calculator results and recommendations are estimates and editorial opinions based on the inputs, assumptions and information available. They are not accounting, tax, legal, investment or financial advice. Verify inputs, prices, specifications and real operating costs. We do not guarantee sales, income, profitability, business independence or any particular result. Sponsored and affiliate relationships are disclosed and do not determine editorial ranking.

Free, Pro and service changes

Free currently includes the Single Job calculator and up to 3 saved projects with restrained sponsorship. Pro currently adds Batch, unlimited saved projects, spreadsheet export and removal of sponsor/display ads. Coming Soon items are not released features. We may improve, replace or discontinue features and will use reasonable efforts to give notice when a material paid feature change warrants it.

Recurring subscriptions

Pro is $9.99 USD billed monthly or $99 USD billed annually. The cadence you select renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel before renewal or we give notice of a price change. Stripe hosts Checkout and self-service billing; applicable taxes appear before payment.

Cancellation, failed payments and refunds

Cancel from Manage billing before renewal to stop the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Failed renewals receive a 7-day application grace period and then access returns to Free if payment remains unresolved. Downgrade does not delete projects or profiles, but Free limits and Pro feature restrictions apply. We do not automatically issue prorated cash refunds. Contact support about exceptional circumstances or rights required by applicable law.

Availability and termination

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion after canceling billing. We may suspend or end the service or an account under these Terms; where practical, we will allow a reasonable opportunity to export data before permanent closure.

Warranty and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Beard LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. Red Beard LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the service, estimates or interruptions. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Montana law

Montana law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in the state courts serving Park County, Montana, or the applicable federal court in Montana, and each party consents to that venue. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes and contact
